How does a colonic work?
During a colonic, you lie on a table while warm water is slowly introduced into your colon through a small rectal tube. The water helps to loosen and remove waste materials, which are flushed out of your body through the same tube. The entire procedure takes about 45-60 minutes and is completely painless.
